Satisfacción del estudiante con el profesor de la UAM Agronomía y Ciencias de la UAT

RESUMEN
Es necesario apuntar que la satisfacción del estudiante es el eje central de todos los procesos que se llevan a cabo en las universidades; su principal función sustantiva es la docencia centrada en él. La calidad de las instituciones educativas puede ser observada desde distintos puntos de vista, sin embargo es necesario interrogar al estudiante, pues es quien recibe la educación y las consecuencias de la calidad de la misma. En este estudio se le interrogó al estudiante sobre la actitud del profesor, lo cual es demostrado al hacer los cálculos correspondientes. Se puede concluir que: Los factores más importantes a la hora de determinar que un estudiante esté satisfecho con la actividad docente es la Labor del Profesor. En general, sólo el 11% de los estudiantes no están satisfechos con la labor del profesorado, si bien, en las preguntas parciales, el porcentaje de no satisfechos es un poco mayor. Se reseña que los puntos fuertes son los referentes al trato que los profesores dispensan al alumnado mientras que los puntos débiles son: si comete errores, cumple con sus obligaciones o hace amenas las clases, siendo el cumplimiento de los horarios de tutorías la pregunta con mayor porcentaje de estudiantes no satisfechos (44%)

ABSTRACT
It is necessary to aim that the satisfaction of the student is the central axis of all the processes that are carried out in the universities, its main substantive function is teaching centered in him. The quality of the educative institutions can be observed from different points; nevertheless it is necessary to interrogate the student because it is the one who receives the education and the consequences of the quality of the same one. In this study it was interrogated to him to the student on the attitude of the professor. Which is demonstrated when doing the corresponding calculations? It is possible to be concluded that: The most important factors at the time of determining than a student this satisfying with the educational activity is the Work of the Professor. In general, only 11% of the students are not satisfied with the work of the teaching staff. Although, in satisfied the partial questions the percentage of is not a little greater. To review that, the strongpoint's are the referring ones to the treatment that the professors give the pupils whereas the weak points are; if it commits errors, It perform one's duty or it makes the Classes Pleasant, being the fulfillment of the Schedules of Positions of a guardian the question with greater percentage of not satisfied (44%)
